Filling in your journal is also a reminder of the journey you are on. Doing it each day places that reminder on all the things we can do.
Your journal is available on your phone for ease of access for any moment you have a discovery. The app we use is NOTION. It is a free app that is useful for a range of note taking tasks and I have designed a weight management journal template specific for our needs.
